Carter is an adorable, ~6 yr. old, neutered, Shih Tzu.  He is living in a foster home with other small dogs and gets along well with them.  Carter is best in a home with slightly older children, due to his size.  He loves to go for walks, is very friendly, and will snuggle with you and be your very best friend.  Please apply to adopt Carter in central N.
