Sapphire is a very lucky puppy.  She, her mama, and her two siblings were abandoned by the side of the road and all of them were brought to a local shelter.  They were in very bad shape, starving, covered in mange and worms.  Rescue Ridge and an amazing foster stepped up to save them and they are in their wonderful  foster home, getting well cared for.  They are being treated for mange and were dewormed.  They are gaining weight and all of them are doing quite well.  Sapphire is a typical puppy, sweet, playful, gentle.  She has stunning blue eyes and will make a fabulous family member.  As of the week of Nov. 13, 2016, she is about 7 weeks old.   Please apply to adopt Sapphire in central N.
