Jessie is a handsome, 3-year old male Shih Tzu mix.  He was being neglected in his former home, was removed and placed in a shelter.  Rescue Ridge took Jessie from the shelter and he is presently in foster care. 

Jessie is friendly with other dogs and cats, is housebroken (in an emergency he’ll only use a tiled area), walks well on a leash and eats well. He is a sweet, happy (in spite of his sad-looking eyes) boy who likes to snuggle up and sleep with his Foster Dad.
