Rosie is a beautiful, ~4 years old, Blue Nose Pit Bull. She was found in central New Jersey wandering the streets with her two pink sweaters on. Poor girl, no one came to claim her and she is in a temporary foster home looking for a foster or forever home. Rosie is stunning! She has gentle, sparkling brown eyes, the cutest little wiggle when she is happy to see or play with you, and she walks very n icely on a leash. Rosie is housebroken and has good manners in the home. She takes toys, treats and food gently, knows a command or two, and loves to run around the play yard playing fetch/ soccer with you. Most of all, Rosie loves to be by your side, anywhere! She will seek you out and give you her beautiful Pittie smile when she finds you! She is great in the car, too! Rosie is very tolerant of people and loves when you pet her or rub her belly. She is an angel looking for a second chance at a real and loving home. Rosie is best as the only pet in the home. She probably was never positively around other dogs and, although she can walk in the street seeing other dogs, she prefers not to socialize with them at all. Who knows what her past was really like? What we do know is that she is lovely with people, sweet, loyal and very friendly. She is best in an adult home or one with teen aged children. She is a strong girl and we don’t want her to accidentally knock the little ones down.
