Georgie is a fantastic pup!  We think he is a Shepherd/ Hound mix. Georgie is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Georgie is a spry, energetic 8 to 9 years-young boy who has a lot of love left to share. He was found by EMTs on the side of the road with a bad head injury. He was taken to a New Jersey shelter that got him patched up, and he is now ready for his new home! Georgie is super smart, knows sit, lay down, paw and beg, and has never met a ball he doesn’t love. Any size, any kind, he will carry it around all day and sleep with it at night. He is the ultimate fetching dog, and will happily play for as long as you are willing to throw the ball. Georgie also has a very affectionate streak and will lean in for scratches and pats. He is very good with other dogs and does not react to aggressive or dominant behavior from his foster sister. He’s happy to just walk away with his ball in the face of hostility. Georgie thinks life is too short for that kind of nonsense. Georgie is not food or toy aggressive and takes treats very gently.
