J. shelter and you will be so glad that we did!  What a cutie pie!  Hershey is a Yorkshire Terrier/ Shih Tzu mix.  He is playful, loves walks, is good on a leash, good in the car, takes toys, treats and food gently and is in a foster home with other dogs of all sizes, cats and gets along well with them.
