Dutchess, sweet, 6 years old, is losing her foster home through no fault of her own. She had a very rough start as a puppy and faced euthanasia before someone offered to foster and then adopt her. After about 5 years she was returned, spent a few months in a kennel, and is now losing her foster home. She is shy, needs a quiet home, and would likely do best walking and relieving herself in a fenced yard. Fearful of loud noises so walking scares her. Dutchess has been evaluated by a vet behaviorist who has made recommendations to help Dutchess and is available by phone or email for further consultation. Please be the hope Dutchess needs.
