Zippy is doing great in his foster home. Here are some pics from his foster family and some updated information on how well he is doing. Please apply to adopt Zippy in Monmouth County NJ at Rescueridge.com and text 732 546 8805 to meet this handsome, sweet boy. Here is the update from his foster family: "The foster reports that Zippy is doing excellently in her home. He has great house manners, stays off of the furniture, listens well and sleeps quietly in his crate all night. He enjoys his walks and is very affectionate with her and the people he meets."
Zippy is just two years old. He is a stunning Staffordshire Terrier mix with a gorgeous deep brown fur and soulful eyes. Zippy is housebroken, crate trained, affectionate, takes toys, treats and food gently, knows a few commands, loves walks and is good on a leash on his walks. He is best as your only pet and best with slightly older children simply because he is strong. Rescue Ridge stepped up to save him from a local NJ shelter just minutes away from being euthanized. Won't you please open up your heart and home to Zippy? He is very sweet and affectionate, knows a few commands and just wants a person or family to call his own.
