Xena never been around cats or small children, xena needs to be the only dog in the home preferably.

Xena is a beautiful smart and cuddly dog who loves to play, loves park time with her ball. Very loyal loving dog.

She is house broken, can be left alone in the house, loves walks on a leash has a tendency to pull so needs work with walking.

We  normally do not  adopt  our dogs or cats out of state but in some cases will consider  adopting out in a near by state. This is if we fill the animal will do well in the home.

In order to be considered as a new furbaby parent/ family we ask that you fill out an application at rescueridge.com. Please make sure that you receive a confirmation before you text and say you have submitted an application.

If you are looking at a puppy or kitten they are normally in a foster home so please be respectful of the fosters time and allow 48 hours for a reply. If you do not hear then the foster has  chosen someone who fits the dogs criteria more then you do.

This does not mean you would not be accepted as a future adopter just that your life style may not be what this particular dog needs.

When you text please always include your  name and phone number this makes it so much easier to forward to the foster parent.
