My friends call me “Shelly”. I am a captivating, intelligent, and affectionate 4-year old, 55 lb. girl… if I do say so myself.  

I am house trained, know some basic commands, and am getting better on a leash. I eat way too fast- it appears that I had a pretty rough start in life- so I eat from a puzzle bowl to slow me down.

I am probably better off as an only pet, as I want all of the affection I was deprived of early on, but I would be open to meeting another male dog my size.
 

A home with older children or adults-only would be ideal for me, as I can be excited when I am happy. After all, I probably didn’t have much to be excited about before.
