Chandler Chip is an 8 yr old chihuahua mix. He came from a hoarding situation where he lived with 40 + other dogs. All he knows is other animals as people didn't live in the house. Chip hasn't known many people who loved him as much as he wants to be loved. With his super shyness and timid demeanor, he doesn't even know that he is being cute. He finds comfort in his foster sister Bitzy, a fellow chihuahua. Within a couple of months, he has made gains in trusting humans. Although he does not like being snuggled just yet, he does, however, appreciate ear rubs. Chip is looking for a quiet home with other small social dogs to help him continue his journey.
