Vern is an adult little boy about 21 lbs. Lives with another dog. Paperwork says they are  Chiweenies. Not bonded to Dudley who is also a Chiweenie but 24 lbs.

They love attention and jump on your lap to cuddle.

Perfect for a retired person looking for a companion.  Vern is a lovely 6 to 7 yrs. old, male Chihuahua mix who was found as a stray along with Dudley. They do not need to go home together unless you would like them to! One look into Vern's eyes and you will love him! He is a sweet lap dog who is housebroken, good on a leash, and has no toy, treat, or food issues. He loves to go for walks or car rides and promises to be a wonderful companion. Best in a home with gentle, mellow dogs and older kids dues to his age and size. Oh, he loves car rides, too! Please give this sweet, expressive, smart boy a loving forever home by applying to adopt Vern at  rescueridge.com  and if your application is a possible match a volunteer will get back to you shortly. No inquiries, please, without an application. Please text us at 732 546 8805 once you apply to let us know that you did.
