This sweet girl is Elsie. She is a very engaging girl who was rescued from an overcrowded shelter where she was constantly overlooked. Elsie has become a volunteer favorite at Rescue Ridge. Although she’s a big girl, she’s very easy to handle and enjoyable to be around. She plays with toys and entertains herself and also seeks out attention and affection from people.
