Meet Comet, an adorable 2 yr old,  50lb, golden retriever mix. Comet is very sweet, loves to play, and have his belly rubbed. He will often sit  down right next to you to remind you that he likes to have his head pet and his ears scratched! Comet enjoys  going for long  walks and  happily greets the volunteers with his tail wagging and a toy in his mouth when he sees them  coming with his leash. Comet also loves car rides and is an excellent passenger- sitting or laying down quietly in the back seat. Comet is house broken and crate trained, but would prefer someone who is home most of the time so he doesn’t have to spend much time in his crate. Comet would do well in an adult only home where he will get plenty of love, attention, exercise and naps on the couch!
