“Watson is a five year old shepherd mix, who is neutered, house & crate trained, and up to date on all shots. He absolutely loves playing outside, chasing tennis balls (his all time favorite toy) and zooming around a fenced yard. When inside, Watson loves his chew toys and tug toys - but they don’t last long enough for him! Watson is leash trained, currently using the gentle leader, and enjoys his walks around the neighborhood or park. He looks forward to his daily treats, especially peanut butter, cheese, and chicken. Watson’s favorite part of the day is spending time sleeping on the couch next to anyone who will stay put and understand that couch time is for relaxing. Watson is currently on anxiety medication, as he is a nervous pup at times and struggles to control his anxiety without help. Due to this, he would do best in a home with no children or children that are older and understand that he likes his space. While Watson has gotten along with cats and other dogs in the past, he is looking for a home where he will be the only pet (selfishly, he wants you all to himself during couch time!). Above all, Watson is looking for a home filled with love, understanding, and patience. He hopes that you will give him a chance.”
