Lucky, was found on a hot summer morning in Belmar. He was sitting on a sidewalk in very bad shape and not very responsive. He was taken in by some neighbors and nursed back to health with help from the folks at Rescue Ridge. Over the next four weeks, he nearly tripled his weight and slowly fought back to good health. His hair fluffed up to help him become the adorable little furrball he is now. He has developed an engaging personality and can play by himself for long periods of time. He purrs very often and very loudly! He jumps out to greet you whenever he sees you and is ready to eat or play at any moment. He loves to pick up his little balls and carry them throughout the room only to drop them off and bat them away again. He will enjoy some quiet time on a lap he trusts. If you want a playful kitty with a big personality, but can also be tender and affectionate, Lucky is your cat.
