Meet Gemma, a beautiful 3-year-old Husky/Lab mix. Gemma was surrendered to our rescue (through no fault of her own) and the transition to shelter life was understandably difficult for her. Gemma was confused and insecure so she spent a few weeks with our trainer on building trust and confidence so she could once again be the happy, sweet girl she has always been. Gemma is very friendly, loving and affectionate. She’s a silly girl with a playful personality who loves belly rubs, long walks, and giving kisses. She is professionally trained and knows lots of commands. She is housebroken and crate trained. Gemma is a perfect combination - has plenty of energy to go for walks, but is a calm, well-mannered couch potato in the house! Gemma is looking for an adult home where she will be given the time she needs to gain trust and confidence in her new home. It won’t take long, and wow…you will have a loyal and loving companion by your side! Gemma is dog-friendly too!  She’s microchipped, spayed, and up to date on vaccines.
