Just about 1 year old and 42 lbs, Carmen is believed to be a Retriever mix, possibly with a dash of Dachshund that gives her that extra-cute charm.

Carmen is a bit timid and unsure of the world, but she’s slowly learning to trust and accept affection. What she needs now is a quiet, patient, and loving home where she can feel safe and truly blossom.

She thrives in calm environments and would do best in a home without children. Carmen is submissive by nature, gets along well with other dogs, and would likely benefit from a gentle canine companion to help her feel more secure.
