He can amuse himself for hours throwing his toys in the air and catching them again. He will be your running partner or run along side your bicycle. His athletic ability is that of a large dog...maybe no one ever told him he's a Shih Tzu. Please help Shorty have the chance he needs. He is young, fun and eager to please.
