Delilah came into shelter as a stray, severely neglected. She is a shepherd mix and her back legs walk very low due to bad arthritis which she is being treated for, had a flea infestation which caused half her to lose half her fur,she had broken teeth from possibly chewing on chain. She is a sweet girl who just wants to be loved and given a home where she can live out the rest of her days. She had to go to rescue due to failing her food test (grabbed plastic hand with mouth. She loves other dogs and is a sweet little girl who is housebroken. She has to be adopted through a rescue, as the shelter will not allow her up for adoption.
