Please help our "Golden Girls"! Meet Casey! Casey is a very sweet 11 year old Lab mix. Casey and her housemate Emily were abandoned by their owners. These little old ladies were facing euthanasia when the family member could not keep them any longer. We took them in and lined up a foster home for them to live out their golden years in. Unfortunately their foster backed out and the "Golden Girls" had to be put in a private boarding kennel. Emily had a medical emergency and after being released from the hospital came to the home of their rescuer. Emily is settling in and very happy and content. However our heart breaks for poor Casey. This sweet gentle dog belongs in someones home resting on a comfy dog bed. Not in a kennel without the daily comfort of a cozy home. Casey is housebroken and very calm and quiet. She has just had a full medical exam and bloodwork. She has some arthritis behind and is blind in one eye. She still gets around quite well and is other wise healthy. Please open your heart and home to this sweet gentle soul! A long term foster home would be considered. Please help our "golden Girls" They deserve to live out their lives happy and loved.
