Her elderly owner could no longer care for her because she went into a nursing home and NOBODY in the family would take sweet Dina. How could he bring his mom's beloved pet to a shelter to be euthanized? Dina is a beautiful lab/husky mix. She is 14 years young and appears to be in good health other than some arthritis. She is a lovely girl. Friendly and sweet and seems to enjoy the company of other dogs. She loves treats and will sit for a treat. A shelter is no place for a senor dog like Dina. She will likely become depressed and ill. She needs to get out of the shelter as soon as possible. We don't want Dina to die alone in the shelter.
