My name is Zoe. I am 6.5 years old, up-to-date on my shots and housebroken! I was recently freed from a high kill shelter by the people of Rescue Ridge. I am extremely grateful to them and thank them every minute I am awake by constantly wagging my tail. I never stop. My fostermom thinks maybe I will lose some of the baby weight just by doing that I do it so much! About that baby weight, I was the momma at a breeder in my previous life. I have had countless litters and my babies were just sold out from under me. My foster family thinks I must not have liked it very much because I have a partially collapsed trachea, it does no harm to me but I have to be walked on a harness or I will cough very hard at the slightest tug. The shelter I was at was kind enough to check this out for me to determine the cause of the coughing. They say I'll be fine. I don't remember it happening and I guess that's for the better. I am a total sweetie pie, or so I hear people say around me. I like to play with my foster brothers and LOVE to eat treats! I am a relatively calm beagle but not lazy at all. I do like my naps though! I enjoy looking out the door of my current home for my furever family, am I looking for you?
