Tyler is a 9 year old Miniature Pinscher (black and tan) and Oliver is a 3 year old Rat Terrier mix (white, black and tan spots) or Italian Greyhound. These two have been living together for a long time and were surrendered to us when their owner passed away. They are both small and thin, weighing about 5 lbs each. Oliver has an injured leg that was left in a cast for 8 months, and it has atrophied, so he does not walk on it. He seems to be fine hopping around on his back two legs and working front leg. Tyler always hangs with him if he can’t keep up, and looks after him like a big brother. These guys are extremely sweet and love attention. Ideally, they would go home together. For Fun: Tyler and Oliver love nothing more than to climb up onto your lap and keep you company. They also like to run around outside from time to time. Behavior: The two of them can be shy at first, especially Oliver, but will warm up to you after a few minutes of sniffing. After that, they will be your best friend and follow you everywhere! They are very friendly but seem fearful of larger dogs. They would do best in a home if kept together. They could do well with children and possibly other small dogs or cats. Training: Tyler and Oliver are housebroken and easy to walk on the leash. They know how to sit and stay, and have potential to learn more if given time.
