Long story short, he was adopted by somebody who can't keep him. He loves being petted & hugged and being around his person. He plays well with everyone and gets along with other dogs and cats. He's completely housebroken. He likes to speak, he gives his paw and he sits (and sometimes stays). We're trying desperately to keep Rasta out of a cage at the SPCA. Please come and meet him. There's almost no chance you're not going to want to take him home. On '09-10-22, Rasta was adopted.
