My name is Gizmo and I am an incredibly handsome Lhasa Apso (If I do say so myself!). I am just slightly over two years old and am up-to-date on all of my shots, I am neutered (boy, that was not fun!), and I am also heart worm negative. I am a very sweet and friendly boy, and I really, I mean REALLY love to wag my tail whenever people come to see me! If you look at my pictures you will not only see what a good-looking guy I am, but you will notice how interesting and beautiful the color-scheme of my fur is. You will also not be able to miss the one thing my foster family loves most about me. They call it my "under-bite". I'm not really sure what that means, but they say it's the cutest thing ever, and will do all sorts of embarrassing human tricks just to get me to smile! (I rather enjoy the embarrassing part!) The other thing you'll notice is that I absolutely love getting belly rubs! My foster family has been working with me on how to have perfect manners and walk well on a leash. Being a Lhasa Apso and all, they say that I would be at my "Lhasa-Best" in a home without small children mostly 'cause I'm not used to them and am never sure what they're going to do next. They say that my perfect home would be with someone that either knows all about my breed and/or has experience with dogs. I can be a little bossy at times, but if my new "furever" family lets me know what the rules are and what they expect of me, I know I can be the perfect boy! When I play or walk with someone that is used to an intelligent boy like me, and shows me the rules, I am an angel! (Shhh! I've heard a couple of them say that when they don't think I'm listening!)
