Shadow was rescued from a kill shelter in August. He had been at the shelter since November 2008. For much of that time he roomed with his best friend Cera who was adopted at our adoption event Sept 6 at the Hungry Puppy. He and Cera were slated for euthanasia because shelter management said that there were too many pitbulls at the shelter. He's a ball of energy from being in a cage for so long but chills out once he's been out a while. He's good with all people and some dogs. He seems to like dogs his size better than smaller ones. He is about 2 yrs old and neutered. The staff at the kennel where he is being boarded says he doesn't go to the bathroom on the inside of his cage and waits to be let out in the morning.
