He is a beautiful, large, black and tan neutered male German Shepherd. He is very friendly, loves to give "bear hugs" and kisses. He "sits", gives "paw" and "downs" on command. He was a stray, is about 5 years old and weighs 82 lbs. Cesar loves to go for long walks and he would prefer a home with a fenced yard. He is now in foster care on a farm in New Jersey.
