She came from living on the streets of an Indian Reservation in South Dakota. She had the usual reservation maladies of fleas, parasites, malnutrition, abuse, neglect . She actually was in better shape than most dogs out there, but I couldn’t fit them all in my van. Since I brought her back to NJ , she has had full vet care and all these problems rectified.Her coat is shining and so are her eyes. She is now a sturdy happy healthy dog , spayed, has had all vaccinations. She is housetrained and knows basic commands. I am now looking for a home that likes that big happy lab personality that she has, a fenced in yard or alot of land since she loves to run and chase squirrels. She doesn't know about cars so its better if she gets a home in a low traffic area. She is easy to train as she'll do anything for food, gets along with cats, other dogs and good with kids(but is still needs training not to jump and paw when playing so she doesn’t unintentionally knock small ones over) and aims to please. My goal is to save one dog at a time from the reservation and find them good homes. On '09-08-11, Angie was adopted.
