Sheila is a 3-4 year old Am Staff/APBT that was rescued from a high kill shelter after being there for more than 1 1/2 years. The couple who rescued her was unaware that she did not like cats, and being that they have 2 cats, it turned out to be an impossible living situation for them, the dog and the cats. That is how she came to Rescue Ridge. Sheila is a wonderful dog, very loving - and lazy! She would rather plop down in the grass and lay at your side then go for a walk. A home with a big backyard to run in would be great for her. Sheila does well with both adults and children...she loves attention and affection. As you can see from one of her photos, Sheila loves car rides too. She also gets along good with other dogs, once introduced properly to them. On '08-10-05, Shelia was adopted.
