King is a 4yr neutered male Akita for adoption, sable/white in color and 68 lb. He is microchipped, updated on vaccines, and heartworm and fecal negative. When this adorable boy’s owner passed away, he was dumped at the shelter forgotten and alone. I took him into rescue, but he still grieves the loss of his family. King is a dignified and reserved gentleman. He does like to bark when he gets really happy and playful..show him a ball and he is all about playtime..even rolling over for a bellyrub on occasion. He is housebroken, crates well and loves to go for walks. He is good with all friendly dogs and kids over the age of 13. He showed mild curiosity when introduced to a cat. King is gentle and loves affection but is never pushy about it. He just wants to be someone’s faithful companion again. Adoption fee and contract, home visit and reference check may apply.
