He was not only turned into a shelter, he caught his collar around his jaw and cut his leg trying to get free - he actually needed to be stitched up after cutting himself trying to get it off! There he sat in the shelter, newly neutered and stitched on his front leg with a large white cone around his head, and he still wagged at the least bit of attention.
