Max is an adorable Cairn Terrier mix. He was born in November, 2009 and is a sweet, gentle boy. Max was saved by Rescue Ridge from a local New Jersey Veterinary Hospital where Max was surrendered to the hospital by his owner. Max is shy at first and needs time to warm up to people. Once he does his real lo ving, affectionate personality shines through. Max is best in an adult home or one with older children. Max is dog friendly and is in a foster home with two other dogs and gets along well with them. Max is ~18 lbs. He loves to play with squeaky toys and loves to go for car rides, too! Max walks nicely on a leash in familiar surroundings. He is a great little guy looking for his forever home in central New Jersey Rescue Ridge.
